We hope you LOVE everything you pick from Howdy House Kids! But if something doesn’t quite work out, no worries – we’re happy to help. We offer EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT on eligible items returned within 30 DAYS of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item is NOT eligible for return.

If you need to return an item,
USE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

Merchandise can be returned up to 30 DAYS after purchase for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY with a valid receipt. We do NOT issue refunds as in cash or back on your debit/credit card.

All merchandise MUST be unwashed, unworn, and smoke-free with tags attached. The request for an exchange in size for a specific item is not guaranteed as we may not have the item in stock. If the size requested/preferred is no longer available, STORE CREDIT will be issued.

ONLINE ORDER RETURN

Please return the original receipt in the package when shipping an item(s) back to us. We advise insuring your return package, as we are not liable for lost returns. Upon receiving your package, we will then issue you a store credit or process your exchange.
